Insignia Bluetooth Adapter + turtle beach

I bought this Insignia Bluetooth adapter and synced up the Turtle Beach Tango and it had been working for about a month and now all of a sudden it will not fully connect to the headset. It will occasionally briefly work and then crap out on me.
I have a Dell XPS L502X. I've tried different usb ports, reinstalling drivers, restarting computer, reconnecting headset, restarting headset. Not sure what to do with this thing

Ok my headset connects to my phone with 100% success and my bluetooth dongle connects to my phone 100% but the headset wont connect to the computer anymore...

Im soooo confused.
