Iam looking for a PSU in above range. I would like it to have 700 and above power(last time 450W wasn't quite enough in some games and it got shoot down sometimes), that could run PC with 6 core CPUs and moder graphics like double GTX 970(plans for future).. Iam looking into CHIEFTEC 700W GPS-700A8. What other sugestions?

Or buy a Zebronics - just to make sure your house does catch on fire. You won't be sure with the Chieftec.

Get one from tiers 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...

The CColermaster GX750 is in tier4 - Not for overclocking systems or high end gaming rigs. May not even output labeled power and fail standard ATX specifications slightly. May even use cheap components to meet a price

And any way just asking why in hell's name do you want a 700w psu with a 900 series card. You know that the 900 series is designed with leaning towards power efficiency over performance?

I had chieftec 450w(still have) and it hardly could run HD 5850 with 4 core cpu. I don't understand u say chieftec is crap. I have mine for over 8 years and still working. And read on some forums that guys with recent OCZ and other "cool" manufacturers have their PSU die after 4 years, even when they are more "modern"

Chieftec is a cheaper PSU brand and keep in mind that when you buy a PSU from a cheaper brand it's like a lottery you just got incredibly lucky.

My 2 cents is that whatever you end up choosing, go modular. You won't regret it.
