Hello,

I have a small question about my GPU temperature and its cooling. I'm using asus Dual Intelligent Processor 5 to monitor my machine.

In Auto mode idle ~60 C, fully loaded - ~73 C
But in Smart mode (I can adjust fan speed) I increase fan speed so that GPU would be much cooler even fully loaded. Smart mode graph

My question is which option is better for GPU lifespan and performance? Running fans almost at max or letting GPU heat up till ~75 C?

GPUs are PERFECTLY safe up to 90C, or even above, but generally keeping them under 90C is a good idea.

The "AUTO" mode is just fine for keeping the GPU cool.
