i have Thermaltake 530W Smart psu...
i am going to get MSI GeForce GTX760TF graphics card...will i get enough performance.......
cpu : core i7 3770k
mainboard: gigabyte z77
ram 8gb

yes if you dont oc the cpu and card or oc them mildly then you will be fine the PSU is not a good quality one.

You would be better picking up a 600W, because 530W is pushing the limit already, not to mention under load.
Since I dont know your reseller just pick out a 600W with an 80+ certification.

wattage wise a 450 is enough for his system just the quality of the PSU is not good.

thanks prit87.......i am a 3d artist and usually use 3dsmax for 3d modelling and rendering...i also do video editing but in small scale....so i need need my system to be performing at its best. should i keep this PSU...i can change the PSU 1 or 1 and 1/2 year later...........please help...........

you can keep the PSU but the problem with poor quality PSU in a gaming pc is that at load sometimes the PSU gives up the capacitors are cheap quality so there is a chance of damage but its not like that it must happen but it may happen.

another thing ...my processor which is i7 2nd gen supports PCIe 2......but mainboard GIGABYTE Z77 has PCIe 3 and the gpu i am intended to have (gtx 760) is PCIe 3......what will happen...will i get the juice from gtx 760 that it should delivered or i should go with 660ti which is PCIe 2.....
