I recently got myself a RAT9 wireless gaming mouse and it is awesome except for my internet connect regularly drops out to the point that my wifi icon goes red to say the wireless is disabled. This only happens to my computer as other devices keep signal fine. Also have swapped back to old mouse and internet returns and keeps the connection so it is the rat mouse causing the problem.
Has anyone else seen this issue before or have any solutions???
Also have tried reinstalling all drivers and doesn't work

Hi
One or two things you could try.
Change the channel on your router to one as far as possible from your existing one ie if it is on channel 5 move it to 11.
Move the mouse receiver to a different USB port, one that is as far as possible away from the one you have it in now or get a USB extension cable and plug the receiver into this and move it about until you get minimal problems.

changing the channel has seemed to work as no outage for over an hour now but will be fully convinced after a day of no outage
