I'm sorta on a budget and I have 1000 dollars but this has to include os, a good 1080p monitor, keyboard and mice and a screwdriver thermal paste, static wristbands yes everything I need I'm on a very tight 1000 dollar budget. This will be mainly used to play FIFA , and watch movies, and play minecraft.

Solution
That build also does not have a OS, Monitor, Keyboard and mouse. Any Philips screwdriver will work and you wont need thermal paste, stock/aftermarket coolers come with it.

I would recommend a build but im not one for doing cheap or budget builds. Im in the middle of a current build, just waiting on parts, and am nocking on the door of $2100

i am not a fan of overclocking .
the stock cooler should have pre-applied thermal paste

Yes stock coolers from intel come with pre-applied paste on them.

:heink: to get the performance of a laptop to equal a desktop you normally pay twice as much, any laptop under $1000 is not going to be able to push good graphic's to a 1440p 120htz monitor.
