Help, my PC is broken, not reciving power at all.

I'm in my school libary right now loged in to this webiste, because my computer at home is completely broken, my mouse isn't lighting up on my mouse, no fans, nothing. I Have a gtx 700 and an amd 6 core 3.7Ghz processor( not sure on the name) all running on a 450w corsair, Its nott an issue to do with that as the person who installed it said it would be fine, and I've had it for 2-3 months already. My usb ports were not working yesterday but they my devices were lighting up, I went inside my computer after leaving it off for 10 minutes and fixed the back of inside of my computer(loose wires on the input). So when I went to plug my hdmi back in to the back of my graphics card (When the computer was on, silly me) I had a small eletrical shock, The computer worked fine all day, but after I came home I found that my keyboard was not lit up and my computer would just not turn on(By the way I made a topic before but do not know how to access it, can someone help me? And with my computer).
