ASUS or Sapphire R7 250 1GB DDR5

Hey guys,
I'm a bit confused regarding so many different GPU brands available in the market today.
I like to know which gpu would be better, Sapphire R7 250 1GB DDR5 or Asus R7 250 1GB DDR5.
I also like to know are those gpu need 6pin and how much watt PSU need to have to run those GPU.

Sapphire have 23% complain rate too. ASUS is a well know company for everything they make. Sapphire gives you 1 year warranty where ASUS gives you 3 years of warranty so companies know there product better where to take risk or not. ASUS R7 250X 1 Gb is way way way better then Sapphire..
