Hi guys, looking to upgrade to a SLI setup now that 780 prices have dropped, however because I've got the open air style ACX cooler, I'm concerned the heat may be too much.

Specs:

i5-2500k @4.5Ghz/1.3v
MSI Z77-G45
H80
Enthoo Pro

I'm going to be running my H80 (Push/pull with two SP120's) as the back exhaust, two af120's as the top exhaust, along with another two af120's as intakesnear the front.

I don't want a system running hot and loud, will this be enough to keep my system cool and (relatively) quiet?

Phanteks is new to cases but the enthoo series has been pretty good. I think you'd be good but you could go to frozen CPU and order some sound dampening material if you don't want it to be so loud. I don't own any AF120s although it seems like they would push good air but I do own 5 SP120s and they're great.

I wouldn't SLI unless you really need it or the prices are just too good to pass up (which they are right now)

Yeah, considering my monitor is running 1440p @ 100Hz, I feel as if I could do with another card. Plus considering how cheap they are and the fact my electricity for the next year is free (University accommodation), it seems like the perfect time to go SLI.

Also, 780 SLI looks as if it'd be able to do decent fps on fairly good settings at 4k. So it's future proofing in a sense too.

Nice case.
I think the case will do the job.
But, I have some suggestions.
1. Use the supplied 200mm fan in front and the 140mm fan as rear exhaust. Larger fans turn slower and move more air. They will be quieter. Use 140mm fans where possible. Noctua makes good ones.
2. Mount your radiator to exhaust up, out the top.
3. There is probably no need for more exhaust fans since the 200mm fan will be bringing all the cooling air.
4. Buy your second GTX780 with a reference titan blower cooler and use it as the top card. You do have card separation, but a blower cooler as the top card gets fed cooling air better and gets the heat it generates more directly out the back of the case.

Sounds like the perfect timing to me. Also what monitor do you have? :o  100Hz on a 1440p sounds sexy. Oh and another thing to mention is that the most quiet fans with the highest static air pressure that I know of are the Scythe Gentle Typhoons.

Hazro HZ27 something or other, yeah it's pretty sweet, was like a free upgrade when I first over clocked it.
