If you are replacing your PSU, do it properly, Zebronics is junk.

Can you get an Antec VP 450?

Zebronics is not a good brand. It appears on a number of old listings in the "Do Not Buy" lowest quality tier. You've not been stressing your existing PSU, so despite its age, it would be no worse than the Zebronics. What other choices are available to you?
Make sure your new graphics card uses GDDR5, not the much slower DDR3 (although even that is much better than your old 8400GS).

That is one such list I was referencing, but do note its age (and it is based on an even older one, from 2008).
In the absence of other information, some level of 80+ certification (comfirmed at www.80plus.org) can sometimes indicate a product that is at least able to produce what is on its label, although there are exceptions (e.g. Coolermaster GX except for the 450W model).

I believe you will only find PSU-shaped objects for that price; certainly nothing fit for purpose. You may as well save your money and use what you have.

I think you might save a bit and try the Cooler master 400w elite power for just 29usd, that will be enough to power a 7750

That PSU though is not good either. Although one of the very few from that brand actually good for its label, it is inefficient and produces a lot of ripple under load: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-El...

Coolermaster "not-so-elite" PSU are complete junk.
