That motherboard you chose was NOT designed to run FX CPU and are known to have overheating problems when paired with FX CPUs.

That computer will work, the stock cooler is not the greatest but for what it does when the CPU runs at normal stock speeds, it will be good enough.

Your computer won't overheat. Also, I recommend changing the PSU to a slightly better one if your budget allows for it. Change the brand I mean. Change it possibly to Corsair, EVGA, XFX, Seasonic or some decent quality brand.

Hmm, I found that it says it's mostly just the FX-8000 series CPUs when paired with the board will cause overheating issues. Nothing about the FX-6000 or lower series especially when not overclocking though I cannot say how correct or incorrect the other member stated.

Here is the link.
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2125272/gigabyte-78lmt-usb3-motherboard-amd-ghz-am3-8320.html

I think the FX-6300 will work fine with that motherboard but just don't overclock it since it can only support a CPU with a TDP of 95W. It's probably much better to get a better motherboard like the 970 chipse as Novuake as suggested but if you're on a tight budget, you might be able to get away with the Gigabyte 78LMT board but you might want to be cautious.

Okay you're all wrong. The 78lmt-usb3 board is fine. Thousands of people have it. Hundreds of posts about how good it is at Overclock.net. The board is rated to 125w TDP. It even has a heatsink on the VRMs. I have the board, overclocked my ram to 2133 and my 6300 to 4.7ghz. The 760g chipset yes is old but has been revised over the years. Along with bios support, the FX chips work fine in this board. Although you can only overlock the 83xx series chips on this board to 4.5ghz. The VRMs can't handle higher clocks for the 8 cores. It's a great board for the price.

That's pretty much what I said but simpler except for the 125W part.

Guess I should have done a little more research and I realize I contradicted myself in my previous response saying how the board only supports up to 95W TDP but can support a FX 8xxx processor which can be up to 125W. I probably got it mixrf up with the GA-78LMT-S2P board which is older and supports up to 95W. I actually built a computer with the older board and have to say it's still rock solid to this day sporting an Athlon II x3 450 processor.

Anyway, to have my final say to the OP
@OP

Your system that you initially listed is fine for running under normal conditions. The only suggestion is to switch the PSU and spend possibly 10-15 dollars more on a more reliable brand since Cooler Master are not bad but not great (from my personal experience, I had one fail on me after 3 years and only used half of the rated power). Luckily their RMA and warranty process was good so that balanced it out.

Everything else looks fine, motherboard too.

Stock cooler will be fine but if you would like to overclock or if you just want a better cooler regardless, you can get the Hyper 212+ EVO or other editiion of the Hyper 212+ as those perform well and won't cost you an arm and leg.
