Hello Amigos...I have planned to upgrade MY PC.. I planning To buy A Nvidia GT 640 and Core i3 2120 and i have 4 gb ram.Can i run games like Battlefield 4 in Medium Settings at a 30+ Fps.

Probably not. It would run well at low settings.

This article shows a Radeon HD 7770 just around 30 FPS at 1080p Medium. The GT 640 is significantly slower than the 7770, it's even a bit behind the 7750.

What is your pc now?
What is your budget?
Will this be single player or multiplayer?
Single player is more graphics limited, multiplayer depends more on the cpu.

The GT640 is really an entry level gaming card. Your requirements are not that high though, and the cpu is a very good budget gamer.

In the above mentioned cards the GTX 750 is the best bang for the buck.
