Can this desktop support amd r7 260x graphics card and by the way is this configuration good for gaming.....

This machine is running Ubuntu out of the box, not ideal whatsoever for gaming.
Very little details available on the page and it likely doesn't have a power supply strong enough for the R7.
You can get a custom made PC for the same price and use Windows since you are going to be gaming.

In this case absolutly not.

In general, OEM compters (outside of alienware or special built ones) are not good for gaming. They are designed for masses to use for internet and microsoft word. Yes you can put a Graphics card in them, but the power supply will likely need replaced, the airflow is horrible once you add higher end parts, and you have to worry about things not fitting.

If you want a gaming machine you should really look at custom built PC.
