Are you able to see the POST screen? (1st screen that comes up when turning on a PC)

Does your motherboard have onboard video? If so, try unplugging your 750ti and seeing if you can get display out of the built in graphics.

I'm sure you have already check it, but make sure all components are connected properly. Re-seat your RAM and processor.

Strip the computer down to only Motherboard, processor, and RAM and see if you can get a POST with just those 3 components connected. It would be a good idea to try just 1 stick of RAM at a time - make sure you put it in the #1 ram slot.

That narrows it down to either a bad Power supply, bad Motherboard, or bad Processor.

The difficult thing is it's nearly impossible to decide which it is without replacement parts.

Do you have access to a volt meter? That will allow you to test your power supply and make sure it's outputting the correct voltages.

Yes, a bad motherboard would definitely cause that.

I highly doubt that it's your processor then, although it IS possible.

Most likely it is the motherboard or PowerSupply.

I've taken my power supply to a tech store before I had my own tester, and they tested it for me for free (it takes 1 minute to do).
