iphone 4s keeps crashing when trying to update or recover

i have a iphone 4s that was jailbroken. i deleted the jailbreak but after that it was stuck in a bootloop. now whenever i try to update or recover, itunes tries to install it, but as soon as you see the install on the iphone, the logo goes pixelated and the phone crashes. then it gives an error on itunes. i've got this phone from my father and have no money so i hope someone can help me.

Whats its the code itunes gave you? Also you can try installing hotspot shield and then trying updating it or restoring it... that have help me several times before but once updated you can delete/unistall hotspot shield

the error code it gives is error 3014

when i try to recover it wants to recover and update. can that trigger the error. if so, how can i only recover?

also when i recover using shift click, i see the update on my phone but when it should update i get green bars and my phone restarts and i get error 4013
