I have the following components and mounted like the picture

    Mainboard GA-P55M-UD4
Case Zalman Z5 (PSU mounted at the bottom)
CPU Fan Arctic Freezer 7 pro

I have the two constrains. Firstly I cannot mount the CPU fan horizontally because I would like to use slot#1 and slot3 memory to use dual channel. Secondly, I neither dont want to move the graphic card to the second PCI-E because I want to use 16x slot, not 8x slot. And my concerns are:

What is the flow of CPU fan? Does it pull the hot air from heatsink to graphic card (which is so bad) or push the cool air to the heatsink?
What is orientation of PSU fan? I place it down to the bottom? Is it good for this airflow build?

I ask for help because sometimes my PC still auto-restart when it runs overnight (I let it download torrents)

Thank you in advance for your replies.

The freezer 7 Pro fan should be in the same position as the rear case fan so the hot air is directly exhausted onto the back of the case.
Front fan intake, rear fan exhaust.

Thanks for your answer. I just dont want to mount the cpu fan that way because I cannot use slot#3 for dual channel. I think I have to stay with this

If you can fit the RAM in slots 2 and 4 you still get dual channel

It may also be possible to move the fan up the fin stack on the freezer pro to give you more clearance
