Hello, excuse my bad English, I'm Venezuelan.

I'm about to buy a laptop, but I need help deciding between 3 I'm going to put:

Dell Inspiron 15.6-Inch i3542-8334BK a 4210U Intel I5 processor, 8GB of Ram, 1 TB HDD, 1366x768 resolution, Intel Hd 4400 graphics and W7

Acer Aspire V3-572-5217 with the same features of the Dell, but with a resolution of 1920x1080, Windows 8.1 and other details

Acer Aspire or V5-552P-X404 15.6-Inch with AMD Processor 2.5GHz A10-5757M (4 MB Cache) processor, 8 GB RAM, 1TB HDD, AMD Radeon HD 8650G graphics, Windows 8.1 and 1366x768 resolution

Mainly I want to buy one of these laptops for college beginning in 2015 and will use for programming, work, and play occasionally. Thank you in advance for your help choosing between these laptops, for me it is a very difficult decision.

I would pick the middle one. You can always go down in resolution, but the others will never hit 1920x1080.

If it was me I would pick the Acer AS V3-572-5217 - Reason the 1080P resolution. Plus i've had great luck with Acer laptops.

"Hello, excuse my bad English, I'm Venezuelan."

Don't worry, your english is actually pretty good when compared to the English that is (generally) taught in Venezuela.

Now, Let's talk about the models you were/are looking up:

CPU: The 1st and 2nd option have a significantly better CPU than the third option
GPU: The third option has a significantly better GPU than the 1st and 2nd options
Resolution: The 2nd option is clearly the winner here
Memory: Tie
OS: Windows 8.1 > Windows 8.0 > Windows 7

"the same features of the Dell"
If this statement is true then both have an ultra low voltage CPU which can be good for battery life but very bad for processing. Just For Your Information

"Mainly I want to buy one of these laptops for college beginning in 2015 and will use for programming, work, and play occasionally."
The third option should do better when gaming but the first and second option will do better when you're programming unless you were studying game development which I am pretty sure doesn't exist in Venezuela.

The acer with 1080p resolution will be better if you're planning on watching some movies :p

Overally, I would take the 2nd provided option

Good luck!

I would go with the second if battery life is important and third if gaming is important.
