I have an hp pavilion a6450. I had to replace the hard drive (Seagate 500gb to Seagate 1tb). Now I'm trying to put the recovery disks on it but I only get a blank screen after I push F10. When I turn on the computer, I get the blue hp screen but F10 doesn't get me to any menus to help me set up my recovery disks. Help if you can. I appreciate it.

Hello. Thanks you for responding. I found out it was my keyboard - wireless. I changed to wired and now I get into bios. But now I have two more issues, if you can help me with them. 1) Bios recognizes my new - and only drive - as "3rd Drive". There is nothing recognized in either 1st or 2nd drives. Is that a problem? 2) After I get out of Bios, I only get a black screen with the recovery disk 1` in the cd/dvd reader. Any ideas? Thanks again.
