i have a the router Model 4111N from At&t and im wondering if there is a way to extend my wifi to reach around 150ft with better strength. I can already connect to internet via the router however the speed is reduced by at least 50%.

That router doesn't have external antennas. There is no way to extend THAT router. Your choices are to use ethernet cable, powerline networking or MoCA (coax) networking. At the end of any of those solutions you would add an additional wireless access point.

Is it possible to use a brigde, repeater, or another router?

it can get messy when you start to pile on things. But remember 5ghz is faster but has a shorter range. have you tried connecting to your 2.4ghz channel?

Most routers can be configured as access points. You still need some form of wired networking to get them connected.
