I built my pc about a month ago and since then it happenned to me twice. 2weeks ago and today. Today i came back from work and my pc was running and after 5minutes it shut down by itself. I dont know if it happens more often, because now i know that it powers off by itself too.

Do you know what is it? Is it some kind of an update or fault in power settings?

I suspect that in your BIOS settings, your LAN is allowed to wake up your PC. If you find and change that setting, it should be fine.

Please provide your complete system specs.
Seems to me there's an Intel application (I don't recall the name, "SmartConnect" maybe?) that will wake a PC up from time to time to refresh email and social networking feeds. Did you install that?

Also may be set to start after power failure. A slight sag in the AC power could trip that and it would boot.

Look for AC Power Loss in the BIOS.

My system is:
I7 4790k
Asrock z97 extreme4
Corsair vengeance 2x4 2133mhz
Evga gtx 780ti
Samsung evo 120gb ssd
Seagate 1tb
Phanteks cooling(i cant remember the models numb)
Evga supernova 750w psu
Inwin grone case

Yes i did see smartconnect somewhere.

That's probably what is doing it. I've seen it bundled with ASRock boards. Unlike a LAN- or power-related wakeup, in which case your PC will stay on, Smartconnect puts the machine back to sleep after it makes its checks.

Yes i installed it with my mobo drivers. Can i delete it? Will it cause any problems if i do so?

You are welcome to delete it. It is not required. As a matter of fact I've never installed it; it seems to me to be a utility for social-media addicts to let their PCs monitor things for them even while they sleep.
