PC Specs:

i7-4790k (base clock)
EVGA GTX 780 (base clock)
Maximus VII Hero
Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 8GB x2
Corsair AX860i

I'll start by saying that there are no temperature issues. When running a CPU and GPU stress test with AIDA64 the card temp hovers around 65 and the CPU temp hovers around 70, and there is no issue. I can run AIDA64 for 12+ hours at a time without having any issues. When I start to run a graphics stress only, like Firestrike, the PC will shut down in a few minutes and not automatically start back up. I've been browsing through different threads on here, and anyone who has a similar problem have their computer automatically start back up or their problem has been isolated to having an underpowered PSU for their system. I had the regular 860 when I started experiencing these problems, but swapped it out for the 860i to monitor the voltages in Corsair Link, and there seems to be no drastic voltage issues.

I don't know why the card would crash the system at 100% load if the card isn't overheating, unless the system isn't monitoring the temps correctly and it's actually running hotter than it's displaying as (the exhaust isn't that hot however).

There's no useful information in the Event Log, all it states is that the system didn't shut down cleanly with no detailed information.

TL;DR: system is fine with GPU/CPU stress, temps are fine, PC shuts down with GPU test (Firestrike), doesn't auto start back up, PSU has been swapped and issue persists.
