JeckeL Distinguished Jul 19, 2009 743 26 19,165 Sep 25, 2014 #3 I would go to Services (type Services in start menu search bar) and make sure Print Spooler is listed as "Started" and is set to "Automatic" If you go to Devices and Printers is the printer indeed showing up as being online?
