cutting it close with the PSU.

I would honestly look at doing a larger upgrade when you can afford it. If you do the mobo you would need a CPU and ram. At that point you should get the PSU.... so almost a new computer.

I would wait and go all out when you are ready. New mobo, CPU, PSU, GPU, RAM.

If you want to speed up your existing computer... get a SSD. It wont draw much power and it will speed up your current setup.

Wait to buy a video card till you can upgrade the whole thing. If you buy a video card that can run in your system now it will be a bit too weak when you can upgrade the CPU and other components.

I would get a CPU/Motherboard/RAM set first, use the same case and power supply you have now. Then after saving up a bit, upgrade the power supply and video card.

You can get an AMD A8 or A10 chip that has faster video performance than your 6800 and you can then get a real video card to run with it later. Or keep your 6800 card and get an AMD FX6300, or go a bit more money for an Core i5 that also would have integrated graphics.
