So yea i have GTX 650 ASUS ECO 2GB GDDR5
It Has memory clock of 5000MHz but seems like its using only the half of it.
I found that out by runnig GPU STRESS program called FurMark.
-Here is the Screenshot : http://prntscr.com/4q8lsa

-Also a screenshot from CPU-Z if u need information about my Motherboard:
http://prntscr.com/4q98y1
- I have PCIe 2.0 x16

-Screenshot from GPU-Z with render mode for memory clock : http://prntscr.com/4q9ewv

So why is my GPU memory clock using 2500MHz while my gpu has 5000MHz Memory clock?
It was tested on GPU Stress program it should use 5000MHz but nop only 2500.

When I check the 2nd screenshot, the GPU slot only runs at x8 speed, it maybe in idle mode or check the BIOS to make sure. Here is other similar thread http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/373224-33-pcie-runnin...

Also one thing you may consider:
The MB, because you use the fx8320 with M5A78L-M LX3, I check the asus website, the MB only can support the cpu with 95W TDP, also the fx8320 is not on the cpu support list too, https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LM_LX3/specifica... the fx8320 has 125W TDP, that is throttling too, if you have the budget, you are better to get other MB for the fx8320 ASAP.

Try other PC Benchmark Software, check the link. http://www.tomsguide.com/us/pictures-story/402-benchmar...
