Just change to an EVGA G2 850W,so you can SLI in the future.
Other parts look good.

No,750W is enough for 2xGTX 980,but the CX series of Corsair PSUs are poor quality(they use cheap capacitors),that's why I said it would be better to get the EVGA G2 850W. :)

You can ABSOLUTELY SLI with 750 watts, even more when the efiiciency is 80+ Gold. One 980 eats up about 150-165 watts, and two of those makes 330 watts at most. With your average gaming system consuming about 300-400 watts without the GPU(s), 750 watts is enough. But, if you want to be extra safe, get the 850 G2. It`s the same unit but with higher wattage.

Sadly, no. There are three or four limitations:
1, The 4790K only has 16 PCIe lanes, while for SLI, each card in the config must have at least 8 lanes. You can only do 3/4-way SLI with cards that have at least 24 and 32 lanes, respectively.
2, 750 watts is good for 2-way SLI, but 3 or 4 cards draw way more power than that.
3, Your motherboard must have at least 4 PCIe x16 slots spaced adequately as all of the 9xx series cards are at least dual-slot.
4, Your case must have at least 8 PCIe expansion slots as each card is dual slot, they take up 2 expansion slots each.
