Hello , i would like to upgrade my PC but i dont know what are best choices .
Parts of my current PC i want to keep :
Video Card : http://www.gpureview.com/radeon-hd-5770-card-615.html
Power Supply : CHIEFTEC 550W
Storage : Western Digital 500gb
So i need new CPU , CPU Cooler , i have 4gb of RAM so i can buy 4 more and PC case that is compatible with my requests . I would like that 3 parts to be $250 or max $300 :) 
I forgot Motherboard :)  So max price i want to spend can be 350 or 370 dollars :)

Once again : i need CPU , CPU Cooler , Motherboard and 4gb more of RAM because i already have 4gb and that it doesnt go more than 350-370 dollars :)

you dont need a motherboard to go with that cpu ?

New CPU,new mobo,brand new RAM,brand new PSU and a great GPU all under budget.
The stock cooler will do fine,if you can tell me what case you have,I can suggest a cooler.

spend the extra $35 and get an i5 CPU and use old PSU till you can afford better such as XFX 550 watt one
