Hi.
I have USB flash drive (4Gb) that I used for my work material backup. So I wanted to retrieve some files, but I could not get any information from USB flash drive - when plugged in, laptop (Windows8) shows error "43 device descriptor request failure".
As I seached through internet, I have tested so far:
- plug / unplug does not work
- diffirent USB ports does not work either
- TestDisc and PhotoRec software did not find this device
- driver uninstall does not change anything (except first plug-in-popup)

Maybe this infomation could be useful:
### 1) first time plug in (or after driver uninstall)
Device USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\6&e73039&0&1 was configured.

Sadly Parts do fail. Some times you just have to buy a new flash drive.

Buying new device is not a option in this case (I understand that device might be broken under any repairment, but I am not giving up without any testing and trying to repair and recover data)
