You're gonna need a minimum of 850W but I would go with a 900W-1000W PSU. Heres a really nice one with a good warranty(10 years):

Its an EVGA with nice reviews, and hey, 10 year warranty. It should be more than enough for your needs and some overclocking.

An 850w is enough. I would go for a super flower (EVGA) made PSU like the one's below or a seasonic like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151102&cm_re=seasonic_x_series-_-17-151-110-_-Product
