I think I would trash the whole thing. If you're paying for a gaming rig for $1700 and all you're getting is a GTX 760, you're doing it wrong. The graphics card should be the majority of your budget, everything else comes second. First off you're spending too much money on things you don't need (sound card, case fans, expensive BD-R drive, etc), and you have an unlocked CPU with a limited locked motherboard. There's also no SSD in the build - critical for a build of this caliber.

This would be better:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($234.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U9B SE2 37.9 CFM CPU Cooler ($49.99 @ Newegg)...
This would be better with 200$ left over:

Shaved $300 off the price tag and you can use that for a better mouse, monitor, OS license, what have you.

Not for Youtube. Pretty much any device you own can edit content for Youtube consumption. You can get an i7 for that purpose but it performs almost exactly the same as the i5 does. The i5 is cheaper and allows you to free up more of your budget to get a better GPU.

As far as being a quiet PC the Fractal R4 is one of the best cases around for that as it has lots of sound dampening panels and has room for lots of fans. You can always add the fans in as you need them. As far as speakers go don't get cheap ones like the junk ones that Logitech sells for $20. Save some money by using the ones built into your monitor, then get some better ones later on like the Audioengine A2/A5s..

Depends on what router you have and how many devices you ultimately plan to run.
