Is there any big difference from these two CPUs?

FX-6350 and FX-8320

so i should probably go for the 6350 cause their is not much difference?

The big difference is that the 8320 has two more cores and will perform better than the 6350 in applications that will use all cores. The 6350 would be slightly better for most games (games can use up to six cores in general from my tests). as it has a better performance per core, but that is just because it come pre-overclocked in a way, and you could easily do that with an 8320.
