First time installing GPU need help

Solution
Not to worry; you will install without issue.

UP and down is a matter of your point of view.
The graphics card goes into the slot closest to the cpu.
The fan and housing will cover the next slot.
The motherboard is designed so that even a very long graphics card will clear the ram slots and the rear I/o ports, including the audio ports which you are worried about.

On my mother board the audio ports are right below the pcie slot is the fan of the GPU going to be facing up or down when installed if its facing down it looks like I'm not gonna be able to put the card in since the audio ports are gonna block the card from reaching the pcie slot. By the way in the photo I linked to the right where the audio ports are right above that is where the card is going to need to go through so I can connect my monitor they are currently still there since I haven't taken them off my case yet since I'm using integrated graphics right now.
