So I messed up pretty bad. My PC won't start, when I press the power button the fans spin up temporarily and immediate stop again. I figured I should stop troubleshooting and ask for help before I mess things up further.

I was trying to fix a bug with a new graphics card and one of the suggestions was to clear the CMOS. After trying the pin solution the above problem presented itself.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
PCU: Rosewill 630v

Suggestions?

You need to reenter all of your PC hardware settings (CPU, drives boot order, memory settings etc.), or at least verify the system has auto-detected all of that "minor" details correctly.
