Graphics Card Upgrade: can my PSU handle it

i want to upgrade my card (Gigabyte Geforce GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5) end i wondering if my power supply handle it 350 w
the card requirements is 400 w
end the Graphics Card i am using it now is 220 gt: the same requirements end it works fine

yes gtx 750ti has a similar tdp to 220gt so it should handle it. however what is your rest of your system? a core 2 duo cpu for instance would bottleneck with such gpu! also providing more info about your psu would be preferable!

If you have a quality psu brand/model then you'll be fine with the 750Ti at 350W

If you have a low end PSU or simply a stock brand psu from an OEM company(HP, DELL) then you'll more than likely want to upgrade to something affordable & adequate.

a 750 ti can run on a good 350 watt psu plus check if the PSU have 20+ amps .

there will still be bottleneck. however increasing clock speed can help a lot.!

Yeah, real world performance differs from benchmarks a lot. Depending on the c2q, you could make the bottleneck feel like next to nothing.

I utilize my r9-280 fully with my oc'd q9400. Although I'm finally upgrading to a 4960k soon, I still get wonderful performance from my current set up
