Will the 770 bottleneck my intel core i3 4150?

ok so my friend is buying the 980 that is coming out and offered to give me his 770 right now i have a 750 ti and intel core i3 4150 . but im wondering if i will get less or more peformance out of it to know if its worth taking

You'd be fine for now, but as games come out this year and into the future they'll be using 4 true physical cores more and more. And that'll be the time to upgrade

i will definetly be getting a better cpu just wanting to make sure it wont slow me down
