That tutorial specifically says that you need an Intel processor.

Note that you also need a Mac before you can get a copy of Mavericks; and you need to own a Mac for that download to be legal.

you can't install it on AMD CPUs without a modded kernel or some kext

yeah i know but iwas gonna use 10.8 with the modded kexts then i was gonna update to 10.10

there are custom Mac kernels that work for AMD CPUs

find an appropriate Kernel for your processor features*, or a compatible kernel for another similiar CPU
*instruction set, cores, SSE versions.
