I dont want it to have mail-in rebates or promos, so like $850 with original prices. I dont need monitor, mice, keyboard or OS. I want to play BF4, COD , FIFA 15, maybe even GTA 5 in High settings with 60+FPS or even medium with good FPS.

More about : 850 gaming

To use most of your budget wisely it may be good to go with and amd cpu and get a nvdia graphics card, with a 2x4 ram kit at 1600. The rest you can choose which should be easy. You could also start with a corsair psu (semi-modular) they come pretty cheap and you could get one for less than 60 bucks

found out i do

ok 4690k there is 199.99( cheaper then anywhere online) and when you buy with motherboard they give $40 off for combo bundle
http://www.microcenter.com/site/brands/intel-processor-...
so asrock extreme4 mobo + cpu will be $305 also look instore for other deals they dont post on the website and look at Cases there too so you really know what your getting once you order online or they do price match if its higher price there
