Is there any possible way to trick my Power PC with 10.5.8 into using Skype?

Maybe a firmware command or a terminal command or software??

Its 10.5.8 but that's not really the problem. Its a mac ibook 12' ppc. I looked it up when it wouldn work and someone said on Apple.com that Skype stopped supporting Power PCs. I thought some genius out there in the world might have found a work around for older models. I beleive my ibook is 2006 or 2007.
