Sudden Computer Shutdown

I was playing Games. Then all of a sudden my Computer's Moniter turned off in 1 Second!What is the Problem?

I tried
Cleaning Out the Case
Add a Cooling Fan
Checked the Core Temps

What did I miss?

The three most common problems of system shutdowns are the mobo, cooling fans and PSU. If your fans are all running (spinning normally - no noise), the next thing I would check is to make sure that the BIOS settings are all "standard" (no overclocking). If it still is giving problems - I would replace the PSU (this is more likely as compared to the mobo). Last thing would be to replace the mobo.
