Windows 7 Account Deletion

I cannot for the life of me understand why i have another account, I am the sole user of my PC & im usually logged in as admin, Though there is another user account that i made my mistake & everytime i delete it, it just comes back after restarting the PC or using it the next day. How do i remove this other random account permanently?

One question - if you are part of a homegroup - the homegroup can create what appears to be random user accounts on your PC if another person on the network (both computers must be members of the homegroup) access your computer (it could be as simple as double clicking your computer icon in the networking explorer window).

Ah awesome, It just worked. The extra account isnt there. No i wasnt on a homegroup. It was just an account i created by mistake & i couldnt delete it for the life of me. THank you though Ronin for pointing me in the right direction
