Looking for a good second fan for my desktop PC that I made.

Is there a fan that you would suggest that would not be loud and would cool the computer? The fan I have now is very loud when it really gets going so I'm hoping to find one to help it out so it doesn't have to go so fast and thus make less noise.
Any ideas? (A cool LED/fan controls- too control the fan speed- is a plus but not necessary.)

Plug it into a MoBo header and MoBo will control fan speed

The CPU fan is the loud one, but only whenever I'm putting a large load on the CPU. I'm hoping that another fan will help relieve the stress on the CPU fan.

OK, what CPU cooler do you have .... Intel Stock ? Aftermarket ? This can be tricky as some use 140mm fans that have 120mm mounting holes.
