No plans on OC right now. maybe after 2 years or so i will OC. i have the money but is it really that worth it? for a 1080p 24" 60hz monitor? or the monitor will bottleneck. dont want to go on a higher monitor though. since 900 series has the feature called DSR

Once again, if you have the money, get the 980, but it is op regardless if you overclock or not. In 2 years that card will still probably not need oc. The cards I recommended before are power efficient and will work with your monitor and 1080p. If you insist on getting that card then the rest of your rig must be beast, right?

Sorry if I am confusing. Obviously if you have the money for top notch components like a 980 or a i7 then of course you should go for it, what i'm trying to say is if you have the money for the best stuff then get the best stuff
