I am getting half the framerate in hitman with a 7990?

I have an hd 7990 and I am getting 60 fps on the same settings as review sites- they have it at 126 fps on the same settings as mine?

Your Vsync setting is probably checked on in the game.Check video settings & Turn it off.

It is not v sync. Turned it off everywhere before testing. Changing the graphics settings only raises me 5 fps at the most.

TechPowerUp got 88 FPS at 4X AA. Do you have your AA levels turned up higher than that? (Do yourself a favor and don't read too much of the review!)
