Peculiar issue with ASUS desktop PC

Last month, after turning it on I was surprised to see that nothing displayed on my monitor (not even a bios) however, the internal fans did spin and no beep codes were heard. I sent my PC to ASUS's repair center with my 1 year warranty and it came back repaired, or so I thought. The day after receiving my computer, I ran into the same issue. While talking to customer service, she asked if the problem happened after a windows update, and both times it did. According to ASUS, it is an issue with the video card and replacing it temporarily fixed it, but after the new windows update I am getting the same issue that I did last month. I haven't done anything to damage the actual hardware, however I may have accidentally installed two drivers of the same card. I've heard online that this can cause issues. I plan on buying the cheapest video card I can find and using it as a backup, I will uninstall any extra unnecessary drivers that I may have accidentally installed in the past. Does anyone else know any possible solutions?
