You can usually look up the specifications for parts to see what it will come with. Here is one for your PSU:
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/builder-series-cx600. Look under the specifications tab. It lists.

Now what you need depends on the components. Usually you need the EPS and ATX connectors for the motherboard,, one SATA connector for each of the hard and optical drives, and then this unit offers 2 PCIe connectors, but omits to specify if they are 4-, 6- or 8-pin.

Having said all that, I'd look for a little better quality than a "Builder" series PSU. - which will be adequate, but no more.
