What Would be the best motherboard for this build?

Do you plan to SLI in future? If yes, I'd grab a Z MoBo, not for OCing (you can't OC with locked CPU anyways), but rather to support x8 in SLI. Something like this:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£88.76 @ Scan.co.uk)
^Beefy PCB, durable, SLI support, good overall value/money.

Asus and GB produce some of the most durable MoBos with high quality components :)

Also, may I suggest some changes in your build?
You'll not gain any performance from WD black vs Blue or Seagate Barracuda, plus there are 1TB versions available for same price. Don't get Black unless you want the extra warranty.
Also, no need for such an extremely high quality PSU unless you operate the system 24/7. An EVGA B2 750W would support SLI of 970 while being half the price.
The modified build should look something like this:

The system will be on 24/7 thats why I chose the psu. Thanks for the Hdd tip well spotted. As for the mobo I do not plan on overcloking or sli Ill only be using 1 graphics card and whatever you see in here http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/mbKjvK nothing else will be added and no future plans to add graphics cards.

Is it still better of just to get that mobo?

This is the current state of the build http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/39cXMp is this what you mean? So its not worth getting any aftermarket cpu coolers as its not overclocked. Would getting a quiet cpu cooler be worth it?

Yes as you won't OC, no temp issues. A quiet af cooler would of course reduce temps too. So you can get one if you want extra quietness, something like Noctua LPs. But then you'd need lower profile memory too. Are you sensitive to cooler noise? Tbh, I'm not, have some old pre builts with stock Intel coolers, they're not loud(ish) even at full load.

Oh thats a shame id have to get low profile ill just stay on the stock cooler. Its not to bad I just liked the idea of having a cooler system xd
