i was just wondering what everyone thought of the new nzxt s340? considering getting this due to its clean looks and affordable price, but wanted to see what others thought who own/have seen this case

also just had a few questions

is there enough ventilation for any fans installed in the front of the case to actually make installing them worthwhile? because from what ive seen the only source of ventilation is a small gap at the top to feed both fans

is there adequate cable routing room?

would hard drives installed in the unusual drive cage be very loud?

does the case being primarily metal make the case in general very loud and echo-y?

It is good, the ventilation is good as the gaps at the top and bottom are pretty big.

Here is a look at it with the recent build I did:

The S340 looks like a pretty clean and decent case.

love your build!
the only issue im now concerned about is noise, given the all metal design. is it quite echo-y and loud?

Thank you. In my opinion no, it's not loud at all or "echo-y". The two fans that come with it are not PWM controlled by my MB has Fan Xpert 2 so I'm able to slow them down. I do however have a 140mm fan on the way to replace the top 120mm fan. I replaced the static pressure fans that come with the Corsair H100i with Corsairs Quiet Edition Static Pressure fans which helps a bit with nose as well.
