I’m having issues with my wifi, that only occur on my computer. I have an Asus q501la, and using windows 8.1. I did a system recovery to fix this issue, but it hasn’t helped. I am having issues with my wifi. For the most part it works great, but every few hours, or sometimes less it starts to lag or slow down. I can usually tell when this is about to happen because my wifi bars go from 5 bars and drop to 4, back to 5, then to 4, and so on and so forth. Usually I can fix this issue by either reconnecting to the network, or going to the device manager, and disabling and enabling my wifi. However it doesn’t last forever, and does it again after a few hours or less. I had this issue before, and thought maybe setting the computer back to factory settings and starting fresh would solve it, but while it did fix a couple small things, it hasn’t resolved my connection issue. Also when I run the troubleshooter to detect what is wrong with my wifi, it says no problems could be detected. I don’t know if this is a windows 8.1 thing or what, but it’s annoying, I would greatly appreciate any help to solve this issue, I don't know if it's something in the hardware with a windows 8.1 update or not. Rhank you so much for taking the time to read this, and anyone who can help.
