The choices are great. Any specific reasons to go with AMD? You can afford a 4690k + Z97 MoBo like ASUS Z97-A in that price, hopefully, unless the price difference ratio is too big. i5 will pawn FX 8 in almost all games due to better single core performance, on whcih most games rely. FX 8 however is better in apps which utilize all 8 cores. Great choice on GPU, memory is fine too.

Well i choose amd because of low price and for multitasking too!
Also with a good cooler after some years i can overclock to 4.5ghz easily you know..

For multitasking, Intel is as good. You can OC the i5 to 4.5GHz+ as easily. If 4590k is in your range, grab it with a Z MoBo and enjoy the best gaming CPU, which's more powerful than AMD and is cooler and more energy efficient.
