I have the steam games icon application but I can't play it, it said that I have to buy it again but I already bought the games. I need some guide on re downloading. Also if possible, I built a new computer, I would like to know how to know how to re download it on the new computer I built. This is driving me crazy! I need answer ASAP! :( I am moving from MAC to PC.

Hey there, Harley the rookie!

I can see why this is driving you crazy. :(
I would suggest to check out Steam support:
https://support.steampowered.com/
I think you will be able to find a solution for your account problem there.

As for moving steam installation on a new location, I'd first do a back up before doing attempting anything. This way you will be secured that if the process fails, you won't have to individually reinstall every game again.
Here is a pretty decent explanation how to do it from the Steam knowledge base:

Hope this helps.

So from what you said you have a mac. My friend has a mac and had the same problem is most likely a compatibility problem between steam and the version of Mac OS you are using.

Hi again, Harley the rookie!

I did some additional research on your issue.
Turns out you are dealing with 2 totally different installation files, so basically Steam for Mac is one product, while Steam for Windows - another.
This is probably why you get the message that you need to purchase the games.
You can still try, but it is highly unlikely that your Mac games will work on Windows. However, copying over your Mac games may allow Steam to download fewer items to get your games working under Windows.

I'd call Steam support for further instructions, you are hardly the only one who is dealing with the same issue.
Hope I was able to help though!

Mac was a late comer to the Steam game lineup almost every Steam game was available for PC before it ever was available for Mac, I suggest Harley the rookie, that you go through Steam support 100% and explain to them you have changed from the Mac to the PC, you should not have to repay for games you've already paid for whether Mac or PC.

Hopefully Steam support can get you through this initial speed bump, but you will have to completely redownload the games from scratch for the PC.
