Any particular reason you think you need a PSU that big? I'm not saying you don't, if you have a reason, but that card only needs a 450W power supply, max. So unless you're planning some other upgrades a 550w is fine. Any one of these three would work great and be miles better than that Rocketfish which is on the replace immediately tier 5 level on the PSU tier list.

3 good PSU's:

Well you see my Rocketfish is starting to fail and I do have a replacement on hand that I got Seasonic M12II 520 on NewEgg and than I saw the one listed above which seems better for $5 more and I wanted to ask would this PSU fit my desktop, Is it good enough? Plus is the link that showed 3 good PSU's ones that can fit in my computer? Could EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650 G this one fit?

You can go for the EVGA 750w one, and also use it if you will make a new build.
Just for what you have now, it's overkill.

its an overkill of a psu, get a simply one, cheaper one if money is a concern

So more power is bad based on my current system? would this one EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650 G be sufficient than? or is it still overkill?

Overkill doesn't mean it's bad. It just means that your PC will not use the PSU to the fullest, and you waste your money on getting a PSU with more power.
The 650 will also be OK.

I see where your getting at, well you see I just don't want some kind of shortage in power so I thought the extra power might count as a reserve. If I asked you which PSU with my current system as is which would you pick EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650 G or stick with the one I have on hand Seasonic M12II 520

You can just stick with that Seasonic M12II 520 if you are not going to upgrade. If you are going to upgrade to Nvidia GTX 9 series, then 650w would be enough and if you want to upgrade to an AMD, grab the 750W

EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Is a fair power supply , it's not made by Super Flower , the other 2 are better.

Thanks for the help good sir :) , also one other question is Max Professional Blow Off Duster Canned Air a good brand? Since I'm a bit worried about my graphics card and its increased temp. when playing Neverwinter on default settings and in order to lower it to around the 60C I have to turn down all settings in game.

The B2 , G2 , P2 , and T2 models are the better units.

All made by Super Flower.

If the M12 II will fit, so will those. They are all ATX power supplies. None of the PSUs mentioned are overkill if your have any plans to add a second card later. If not, you only need something around 550w.

If the power supply is the only hardware likely to be upgraded anytime soon, go with a 550w model.

If you're going to add another graphics card in the future and configure Crossfire, you'll need one a bit bigger. Since it sounds like you probably won't do that, just go with a 550w model from any of the ones recommended in this thread and you'll be good.
